1. Nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi <\/strong><\/p>\n

Th\u00ed sinh nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp t\u1ea1i Ph\u00f2ng \u0110T Sau \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc (ph\u00f2ng B08), Tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0110H Khoa h\u1ecdc T\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean, s\u1ed1 227 Nguy\u1ec5n V\u0103n C\u1eeb, P4, Q5, HCM.<\/p>\n

Nh\u00e0 tr\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng g\u1eedi b\u01b0u \u0111i\u1ec7n gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi \u0111\u1ebfn th\u00ed sinh. Th\u1eddi gian nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n

a) Th\u00ed sinh d\u1ef1 thi cao h\u1ecdc nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi t\u1ea1i Ph\u00f2ng \u0110T Sau \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc, Tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0110H KHTN t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 24\/10\/2022 \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 04\/11\/2022 (gi\u1edd h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1edd ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u00e2n nh\u1eadn thay) ho\u1eb7c t\u1eeb 6g15 \u2013 7g00 ng\u00e0y 05\/11\/2022.<\/p>\n

b) Th\u00ed sinh x\u00e9t tuy\u1ec3n d\u1ef1 thi m\u00f4n ti\u1ebfng Anh nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi t\u1ea1i Ph\u00f2ng \u0110T Sau \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc, Tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0110H KHTN t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 24\/10\/2022 \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 04\/11\/0222 (gi\u1edd h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1edd ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u00e2n nh\u1eadn thay) ho\u1eb7c t\u1eeb 6g15 \u2013 7g00 ng\u00e0y 06\/11\/2022.<\/p>\n

c) Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh v\u00e0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh d\u1ef1 b\u1ecb nh\u1eadn gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi t\u1ea1i Ph\u00f2ng \u0110T Sau \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc, Tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u0110H KHTN t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 31\/10\/2022 \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 04\/11\/2022 (gi\u1edd h\u00e0nh ch\u00ednh, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 nh\u1edd ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u00e2n nh\u1eadn thay).<\/p>\n

– Chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb b\u00e0i thi: Th\u00ed sinh c\u00f3 5 -7 ph\u00fat chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb b\u00e0i thi (sau khi b\u1ed1c th\u0103m \u0111\u1ec1 thi)<\/p>\n

– Th\u1eddi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng thi: t\u1ed1i \u0111a 10 ph\u00fat<\/p>\n

– H\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c thi: thi N\u00f3i tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp v\u1edbi gi\u1ea3ng vi\u00ean.<\/p>\n

6<\/strong>. L\u01b0u \u00fd th\u00ed sinh:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Th\u00ed sinh \u0111i tr\u1ec5 15 ph\u00fat sau khi t\u00ednh gi\u1edd l\u00e0m b\u00e0i s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u00e0o ph\u00f2ng thi.<\/p>\n

– Khi \u0111i thi th\u00ed sinh ph\u1ea3i \u0111em theo gi\u1ea5y b\u00e1o d\u1ef1 thi v\u00e0 b\u1ea3n ch\u00ednh 1 trong c\u00e1c gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd t\u00f9y th\u00e2n c\u00f2n r\u00f5 \u1ea3nh nh\u01b0 sau: CMND; CCCD; h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu; gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p l\u00e1i xe).<\/p>\n

– Th\u00ed sinh kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111em \u0111i\u1ec7n tho\u1ea1i di \u0111\u1ed9ng, m\u00e1y t\u00ednh x\u00e1ch tay, b\u00fat x\u00f3a, \u0111\u1ed3ng h\u1ed3 th\u00f4ng minh, t\u00e0i li\u1ec7u, s\u00e1ch v\u1edf v\u00e0 t\u00fai x\u00e1ch v\u00e0o ph\u00f2ng thi, n\u1ebfu mang theo ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ec1 ngo\u00e0i h\u00e0nh lang v\u00e0 Nh\u00e0 tr\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ea3o qu\u1ea3n c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 n\u1ebfu x\u1ea3y ra m\u1ea5t c\u1eafp.<\/p>\n
