(Ti\u1ec3u ban g\u1ed3m 3, 5 ho\u1eb7c 7 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean trong ho\u1eb7c ngo\u00e0i Tr\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00f9y theo s\u1ed1 NCS. s\u1ed1 NCS \u2264 3: 3 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean; 4 \u2264 S\u1ed1 NCS \u2264 6: 5 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean; s\u1ed1 NCS \u2265 7: 7 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean ho\u1eb7c t\u00e1ch th\u00e0nh 2 ti\u1ec3u ban<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>II. Th\u1ee7 t\u1ee5c n\u1ed9p h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 b\u00e1o c\u00e1o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. M\u1ed7i nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh n\u1ed9p 05 quy\u1ec3n b\u00e1o c\u00e1o cho Ph\u1ee5 tr\u00e1ch ng\u00e0nh \u0110T Ti\u1ebfn s\u0129 (danh s\u00e1ch \u0111\u00ednh k\u00e8m) t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y <strong>15\/<\/strong><strong>6\/20<\/strong><strong>26 \u201326\/6\/20<\/strong><strong>26<\/strong>. Sau th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n n\u00e0y s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn b\u1ed5 sung v\u00e0 c\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p n\u1ed9p tr\u1ec5 ho\u1eb7c kh\u00f4ng n\u1ed9p xem nh\u01b0 kh\u00f4ng ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh ti\u1ebfn \u0111\u1ed9 h\u1ecdc t\u1eadp v\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd x\u00e9t duy\u1ec7t chung v\u1edbi kh\u00f3a n\u0103m 2026.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh <strong>kh\u00f3a n\u0103m 2024<\/strong> \u0111\u00e3 b\u00e1o c\u00e1o t\u1ed5ng quan trong n\u0103m 20<\/em><em>25<\/em><em> nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ea1t k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3, ph\u1ea3i l\u00e0m \u0111\u01a1n \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd x\u00e9t duy\u1ec7t l\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ec1 c\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi kh\u00f3a n\u0103m 20<\/em><em>25.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3.
